 (Believe me its true, I think back and am ashamed how I treated a faithful collie called Ted who devotedly served me in his semi blind for many years. I was too stupid and ignorant to realise and make allowance for his failing sight and advancing years.)
If you allow yourself to become that sort of person please just walk away. Sadly you are unfit to be privileged to be associated with a GSD or probably any animal! One hears dreadful stories of human cruelty to all types of animals and especially to this breed. Realistically one has to accept such people exist and are incapable of understanding even the basic decencies which should be afforded to any creature. Yes! All animals can be annoying - indeed they drive you to despair at times - that is understood. The answer is training - not striking out! It is the easiest thing to raise your hand and deliver a blow. Remember! In that one blow - the bond of confidence between you can be broken!
