The German Shepherd is a beautiful, faithful and highly intelligent dog. It is capable of giving tremendous affection and loyalty, but it needs you to return the same sentiments. Indeed it is desperate for your love and attention!

Do not please fail this creature, who just like you has very similar feelings, affection - trust - fear - uncertainty - nervousness - suspicion.

Above all - never I beg you - resort to violence. Please stop yourself before you contemplate striking the dog because it has disobeyed you or been naughty in some way.

Whilst your dog is the initial victim of your temper and resulting violence, you are a victim also! A victim of your own failure!
