Obedience Classes - the aims and ambitions

What you are aiming for at "Mutt training" classes is: -

A well-behaved Mutt, who does not lunge into a full-scale attack on other dogs!
One who does not bark all the time, and cause a nuisance.
Does not jump up at persons wearing their "best of the day" outfits.
Who walks to heel - with you - not takes you for a gallop.
Is moderately obedient to your command. Does not take the view of "up yours" when commanded to "come" and does not leave you standing purple in the face whilst screaming its name with a few choice adjectives thrown in for effect.

Plus

Does not convert your flowerbeds into a local cemetery for disused bones.
