He was born on 17th July 2000, and was one of a litter of nine. At birth he weighted 1lb 4ozs. He has two brothers and six sisters. Ralph sometimes sees various brothers and sisters both at his obedience classes and at a number of local shows.

On 10th September 2000 he came to live with us just a short distance from the Cinque Port town of Rye

At eight weeks of age he weighted 28 kilos and by one year of age his weight had increased to 40kilos. He measures 24 inches to the top of his shoulders and from the back of the neck to the base of his tail he is 36 inche. Ralph made his first long car journey by road - a distance of 246 miles to attend the Birmingham Primestock Show in the county Staffordshire on 19th November 2000.

He is enrolled with Pet Plan Health Care to cover any possible veterinary fees which might be necessary in the future

Ralph has entered a number of small Shows and won several prizes including First Prize for Best Puppy in Class. On the 12th June 2001 he obtained his Good Citizen Award Bronze Class and on 10th September 2001 his Good Citizen Award - Silver Class He hopes to get his gold award early in 2002.
